into the platform and used in educational activities are protected under
current copyright law. They can be used, personally by those entitled, for the
exclusive teaching and research purposes; they cannot be marketed,
disseminated, distributed, modified or used in any other way that is not
expressly authorized by the owners and / or holders of copyright.
The user is prohibited
from any form of dissemination (offline or online, e.g. on social networks) or
communication of materials and content available into the platform including lesson
recordings to third parties. In particular, it is strictly forbidden for the
user to profit from materials, content and the recording of lessons (by way of
non-exhaustive example: by transferring the same, even via the Internet, for a
fee).
Any infringement will be
punished according to the current legislation on copyright and on privacy
protection.

contenuti presenti all’interno della piattaforma e utilizzati durante le
attività didattiche sono protetti ai sensi della vigente normativa in materia
di diritto d’autore. Possono essere utilizzati, personalmente dagli aventi
diritto, per esclusivo scopo didattico e di ricerca; non possono essere
commercializzati, diffusi, distribuiti, modificati né utilizzati in altro modo
che non sia espressamente autorizzato dai titolari e/o detentori dei diritti
d'autore.
È vietata all’utente ogni forma di diffusione (offline ovvero on-line, ad
esempio su social network) o comunicazione a terzi dei materiali e dei
contenuti presenti all’interno della piattaforma inclusa la registrazione delle
lezioni. In particolare, è severamente vietato all’utente di trarre profitto dai
materiali, contenuti e dalla registrazione delle lezioni (a titolo di esempio
non esaustivo: mediante cessione della stessa, anche via internet, a titolo
oneroso).
Ogni violazione sarà punita sulla base della vigente normativa sul diritto
d'autore.
